Iceland Gull at London WWT
It was a case of 'right place, right time' on Saturday 21st April at London WWT. After a prolific winter of these birds nationally, it was nice to see one finally drop into the Wetlands Centre. It was identified at around 1600 and was gone an hour later. After being put up by a Grey Heron it failed to settle again and eventually flew off west.
I believe this is a 2nd Winter individual.
